THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available. You’ll find guest parking directly in front of the Avila Luxury Suites building.
• Step-free access. This condo is located on the 5th floor, the top floor of the building. Parking is available on level 3, and guests can either take the elevator or walk up two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, the condo is all on one level with no additional stairs required.
• Guests have access to the hotel’s amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the hotel, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice.

There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.

- We require all guests to follow local and state laws, which mandate that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) when in or near lake water.
