This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over full bunk bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in main home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. One vehicle may park in the designated 831 parking spot located in front of Building 8, while the second vehicle may park in any open, unlabeled parking space in the lot.
• This unit is located on the third floor (top floor) of the building, with parking available on the ground level (level 1). Please note that an elevator is not available, so guests will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, the condo is all on one level - no additional stairs are required.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 1 dog per stay. Dogs only—no other pets are permitted.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Dogs must be under 50 pounds. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy helps protect the property and ensures a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the owner's control at all times.
o Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets—both inside the rental and in the surrounding outdoor areas.
o Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas.
o Please bring your dog’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations.
o Dogs must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- No parties. Please respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours.
- Pool and Water Safety: We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools. All guests are required to adhere to local state laws, which mandate that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) when near or in lake water.
