• At the Sea Pines gate, guests must check in and pay a $35 per car parking fee.,
• Street parking is prohibited and vehicles may be towed.
• This is a multilevel home—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as some bedrooms.
• The upper loft is accessed by a spiral staircase; stairs are required to use this sleeping space.
• This home is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Guests have access to Carolina Place community amenities including the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling stations.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

House Rules:
- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 3 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
