A bonus seating area provides a quiet retreat, perfect for reading, working, or simply enjoying a moment of privacy.

When it’s time to explore, you’ll love how close you are to Tampa’s best attractions. The Riverwalk, Armature Works, and downtown’s vibrant dining and nightlife are just minutes away, while Amalie Arena, Ybor City, and the Florida Aquarium are all within a short drive. Even Busch Gardens and the sandy Gulf beaches are easily accessible, making Downtown Escape the ideal base for experiencing everything Tampa has to offer.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds.

This home includes a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer are located outside in a separate room in the backyard.
- Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please avoid blocking neighbors’ spaces.
- This home is pet friendly. We love hosting furry friends, but to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
- Pre-Approval required, 2 pets maximum: All pets must be approved before booking. Please tell us your pet’s breed, size, and age.
- Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet applies per stay, and it is not included in your final booking cost. This covers extra cleaning. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless safely crated.
- Furniture & Bedding: no pets on beds, couches, or other furniture (even if they promise to be careful).If your pet sneaks up, please bring/use your blankets or covers.
- House Training: Only fully house-trained pets are allowed. Accidents must be cleaned immediately.
- Noise: Please keep barking or whining to a minimum so neighbors aren’t disturbed.
- Yard & Outdoor Areas: Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outdoor bin. Failure to do so will result in extra fees.
- Damage: You’re responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, or chewed items.
- Allergies: Out of consideration for future guests, please ensure the space is free of excessive fur or odors before checkout.
- Local Rules: All pets must be leashed when outside and follow local leash laws.
- Long-term stays allowed.

Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Any changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.

- Noise: Guests must keep noise to a minimum and must always be respectful towards neighbors!
- QUIET TIME BETWEEN 9PM-7AM IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb premises.
- Smoking: Smoking of any kind (vaping included) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Unregistered guests/ max occupancy: Maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
- Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN FINES AND BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
