• Loft: Queen-size sofa bed, smart TV, dedicated workstation with monitor, and board games (flexible sleeping within the 4-guest maximum)

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Dual sinks, walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2 (ensuite to Bedroom 2): Single sink, walk-in shower

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles is available. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the home upon arrival.
• EV charging: An EV charging outlet is available for guest use—please bring your own adapter/cable.
• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.
• Washer/Dryer: Available for guest convenience.
• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. Speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Security camera: One exterior camera is located at the front door and monitors the front entry only.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan; accordingly, evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• The fireplace uses DURAFLAME only not firewood. Duraflame logs are provided.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
