We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, organized, and well-stocked. The location was great for our trips into Zion and Bryce. Our kids loved coming back in the afternoon and swimming in the pool at the complex. The hosts were responsive and friendly. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Hurricane/ St. George area, this is it!

My wife and I recently stayed at Grand Welcome with some family members. We enjoyed sleeping in the master suite. It featured a large king size bed with twin charger-enabled bedside tables. Our room had a large TV (probably 65-75”) mounted near the foot of the bed and a ceiling fan with dual dimmer switches to control both fan speed and lighting. The master bathroom featured dual sinks a large shower area and a toilet with a very strong flush mechanism. The common area centered around a huge kitchen island with 4 soft barstools that allowed those prepping food to continue to interact with others in the room. Surrounding the island large very functional stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher and multi-function microwave oven) made food prep and cleanup a breeze. The dining table could seat 8 and provided a nice space for work, study, or games (or dining, I suppose). The room also included a seating area where guests were able to gather around a large television (probably 80-90”). There was enough seating for 5-6 guests in this area. Using a clever design, the couch was able to fold out and become a queen size bed. Just outside the common area, a stackable washer and dryer were conveniently housed in a small, discreet closet. The condo also included a common bathroom for all guests and another bedroom for family or children that could sleep up t0 4. The complex surrounding the condo featured a nice clubhouse with a weight room, small pool, and tennis/pickleball court. Another pool area included a two large pools, a lazy river and a hot tub with several individual seating areas that helped maintain some degree of privacy. The neighboring in and around Hurricane offered many paved or natural trails for hiking, running, or biking. Nestled among the southern Utah red cliffs, the scenic views and rugged landscape provide a beautiful accent to your outdoor adventures. The condo’s proximity to I-15 made it easy and convenient to get to other nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend a stay at Grand Welcome.

I had a wonderful weekend at the condo. I slept on the sofa bed, which was unlike any sofa bed I’ve slept on before. It was comfortable! The place is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, storing, and anything else you could need. The decor was great also with a very light and airy feel.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo was very nice and clean. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. The pool was amazing and so close. We recommend this place to everyone.

Unit is managed by Grand Welcome in a building with approximately 12 apartments but they don’t manage all, just some. They might not be able to handle noisy neighbors (a huge issue above us). Otherwise a great unit. Pool was overflowing with kids every night. Assuming here but over the Xmas holiday it appeared families had extended family over for the use of the hot tub and 3 pools, we never got in. Our neighbors above in L201 had 3-5 five to nine (?) year olds running EVERY morning and evening. Contacted Grand Welcome and advised they don’t manage unit but left a note on their door. It was ignored. Have to repeat, it’s a great place but better for families with kids not older adults wanting peace and quiet after a full day of hiking the many state and national parks nearby.
