THINGS TO NOTE:
- As a community pool, availability is subject to community discretion. It is generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but can be closed for maintenance, etc. Host shall not be held liable for pool closures.
- Coin-operated washer and dryer in building.
- Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
- Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
- The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
