Important Things to Note
• This is a single-level unit within a duplex. Your space is fully private, with a separate unit located upstairs—occasional sound or neighbor sightings are possible.
• Parking: 1 private spot is available at the back of the house. Paid street parking is available at night. Please plan accordingly.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet up to 25 lbs is allowed per stay. An additional $75 pet fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in a dedicated laundry room. A laundromat is also nearby if needed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within
24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM
the day before departure. Early check-in and late
check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children
under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500
fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM-8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500
fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues
immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule
violations.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher
upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included.
Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use
appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for
violations.
