• Private parking for 1 vehicle is available at the back of the house. Paid street parking is available at night.
• This home is pet friendly. One pet up to 25 lbs is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within
24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM
the day before departure. Early check-in and late
check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children
under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500
fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM-8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500
fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues
immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule
violations.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher
upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included.
Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use
appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for
violations.
