Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart & cable TV, a sitting area for 2, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity an a walk-in shower.

This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, both with single vanities and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Overflow street parking is also available in designated areas.
• Please note there are inactive, nonrecording external security cameras onsite.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day, per pet, that is not included in your final booking cost. This fee does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are allowed but must be paid for and registered.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
