Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, access to a private screened-in balcony sitting 2, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity & shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds with Spiderman and Frozen-themed bedding and a cable TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Portable crib and high chair provided.

Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.
Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental
agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to
leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home, inventory will be done at Departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed accordingly
