This condo does have an external camera at the front door entrance and is actively recording outside of the unit
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 5 vehicles.
• Guests must pay the resort a $37 flat-rate parking fee per vehicle at the front lobby by midnight on the day of check-in. This fee covers parking for the entire duration of the stay. Parking is complimentary until midnight on check-in day.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 3 pets may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25.00 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home has one (1) external, building-owned security camera located on the third floor. It monitors the entire floor, including the walkway. There is also an exterior front door camera.
