Bedroom #6 is in the basement and includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #7 is in the basement and includes 2 twin XL size beds and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.
- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
(1) located near the front door and actively monitoring the front door entry area,
(2) mounted under the deck and actively monitoring the basement doorway,
(3) mounted on the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway.
