With enough space for everyone, prepare your home-cooked meals together then gather at the dining table for six to enjoy conversation. Before the evening comes to an end, be sure to step out to your small private patio where you can savor the fresh Florida air. Every detail makes The Capri Villa a welcoming retreat for your Tampa stay.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Pool is not heated.
• A key fob is provided for access to community amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. A $100 replacement fee will apply if the fob is lost, misplaced, or not returned after your stay.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle in a reserved spot. 1 additional vehicle can park in a visitor spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available.
• Portable crib available.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• 1 external camera is located outside of the back door monitoring entrance, backyard, back gate towards the parking lot.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)
No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.
No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.
No illegal substances allowed on the property.
Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.
Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.



🔐 Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.
Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave
Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.
Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
