Settle into multiple gathering areas, including a theater room for movie nights and a rec loft for friendly competitions, all while soaking in views of Mt. LeConte and Pigeon Forge from the wraparound decks.
The showstopper is the private indoor pool room: a stone-lined oasis with a central island, bridges, grotto swim-throughs, spa jets, underwater lighting, and a gentle lazy-river function. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame mountain scenery while you float, lounge, or watch the kids play.

When it’s time to cook, the kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, and utensils, and there’s a gas grill outside for easy cookouts. Dine indoors or head to the deck for fresh-air meals. After a day at Dollywood or on nearby trails, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the firepits, or play a round on the private 6-hole mini-golf course beneath twinkling lights.

Each bedroom has a TV and custom furnishings, with many offering ensuite baths and some opening directly to the deck. A washer and dryer make longer stays simple, and paved parking is available right out front.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Parking: Paved driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. No additional parking is guaranteed beyond this.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level cabin with stairs and multi-level decks.
• Winter travel: AWD or 4x4 may be required during winter months.
• Outdoor amenities: Private hot tub, two firepits, gas grill, and 6-hole mini-golf. Putt-putt clubs are provided; please handle with care and return after your stay.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are available for guest use.
• Washer & dryer: Included for guest use.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee early check-in or late checkout in advance. If the home is ready before 4:00 PM, we’ll automatically notify you. Late checkout may be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
