🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• One vehicle maximum in the designated lot. Parking passes are required; they’ll be on the kitchen counter. Please display during your stay and return at checkout. Unreturned parking/amenity passes may incur a replacement fee.
• Single-level interior; entry requires 3 exterior steps.
• Communal and heated year-round. Availability and hours may vary by season and building management.
• A locker is provided for storing skis/boards. Please use it and avoid bringing equipment inside the condo. Unreturned locker key may incur a replacement fee.
• No A/C: Air conditioning is not available (typical for the area)
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

House Rules:
- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
-This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
