Both bedrooms feature queen beds and patio access for fresh alpine air. The practical kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals between adventures, and there’s a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. After a day on the slopes or trails, take advantage of the community’s heated pool and hot tub, or fire up the communal BBQs and enjoy outdoor seating. An in-unit washer and dryer help keep gear fresh for the next outing, and a dedicated ski locker keeps equipment organized and out of the condo.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: One vehicle maximum in the designated lot. Parking passes are required; they’ll be on the kitchen counter. Please display during your stay and return at checkout. Unreturned parking/amenity passes may incur a replacement fee.
• Entry & stairs: Single-level interior; entry requires 3 exterior steps.
• Pool & hot tub: Communal and heated year-round. Availability and hours may vary by season and building management.
• Ski locker: A locker is provided for storing skis/boards. Please use it and avoid bringing equipment inside the condo. Unreturned locker key may incur a replacement fee.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• No AC: This home does not have air conditioning (common in the area).
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

House Rules:
- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
-This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
