This three-bedroom oceanfront home sleeps six guests and offers sweeping Pacific views from nearly every room. Bedroom one features a king bed, smart TV, ocean-facing balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom two includes a king bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a queen bed, smart TV, private entry, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. A fourth full bathroom with walk-in shower serves common areas. The living room wraps around a sectional couch positioned before a fireplace and smart TV with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the ocean. The open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, counter seating for five, and flows into a dining area with a table for eight surrounded by ocean views. A separate office nook includes a desk, smart TV, and couch behind a sliding glass partition for remote work or quiet reading. Downstairs, the game room features a pool table, arcade game, smart TV, and lounge seating for entertaining. The private oceanfront deck extends to the edge of the bluff with an eight-person outdoor dining table, firepit, and hot tub where you can soak while watching the sunset. Beach access is a short walk through the gated community to explore the rocky shoreline and tide pools. In summer, spend days on the sand and evenings dining outdoors as the sky turns gold over the Pacific. In winter, cozy up by the indoor fireplace or gather around the deck firepit with the sound of waves below. Washer and dryer in unit. High-speed WiFi throughout. Driveway and stall parking for three vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

Pets are not allowed at any time due to the owner's severe allergies. We do comply with federal ADA laws and State laws surrounding Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). For both service animals and ESAs we do enforce all rules set by the State & the ADA. These rules will apply when a service animal or ESA is present. They include, but are not limited to:
1. The animal must be housebroken.
2. The animal cannot be out of control (i.e. barking incessantly)
3. The animal cannot be left alone and the handler must be present with the service animal or ESA at all times.
4. The ESA or service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
