Step inside to the living room, an inviting open space with a spacious sectional and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Moving into the kitchen, the warm honey cabinetry sets a cozy tone, with both drip and Keurig coffee makers ready to fuel your mornings. Counter seating for two flows into the dining area, where a table for six invites family meals or long conversations over dinner. Off the kitchen, a sunlit sitting room overlooks the wooded backyard and stream, offering a serene spot to sip your coffee or curl up with a book. From here, sliding doors open to a large deck, ideal for lounging or enjoying the fresh air.

For fun-filled evenings, head to the game room in the basement, where a small basketball shoot, foosball, and air hockey table await. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds and a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink and 2 additional full bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is at 10:00 AM.
• Guest door code and access instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.

It was absolutely beautiful and well worth the price. My children absolutely loved the game room, the fact the beach was just down the road and the pool just around the corner. Has the exact feel of being at home without being home. Made this vacation all the more enjoyable! We will be back! I loved the tv in the kids room, brought back the best memories from when I was a kid and my kids got to experience that too! My 7 year old is autistic and this home had the space and safety I needed to be able to relax.

Nice place with tons of room to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. but could use a kitchen towel as there were none. Game room was super fun and a huge hit with everyone. Linens came after we checked in so needed to make 6 beds upon arrival which wasn’t ideal. They said that was standard practice so be prepared to make beds when you get there if you rent this place. Beds are not very comfortable and there are limited blankets to cuddle on the couch with. House was pretty clean but some of the carpets are stained esp. around the stairs and some stains on couch cushions. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean though. 5 minutes to Bethany Beach and walking distance to Weis and Giant supermarkets. I would stay again but bring blankets and more comfortable bedding with me next time.

The house was great, but there were no sheets on the beds, or anywhere to be found and no towels. I called the property manager who was very nice, and said the sheets should be there, but they weren't. We found some random sheets lying around but we're still missing two sets of queen. Finally they showed up at our door the next morning. Also, the upstairs air conditioner wasn't coming down from 75. It would go down to 74, and then back up again. We got there at 4 and by 10:00 it was still 75. Finally in the morning it was down to 71. After these couple of things, our stay was very nice.

Upon arrival we noticed a strong smell coming from the kitchen or stairwell. We think the last house guest had used some slap ya mamma seasoning and boiled over/burnt it on/in the stove/oven. Either way it seemed to be strongest in the stairwell where the ventilation system was intake and out. My husband found the filters and replaced them all for the management, which we informed them of. The stove was filthy with food remnants under the burners, the oven top, and the oven.My husband did the best he could to clean underneath the top of the oven even though that was not our responsibility. There was a single roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom for 10 people. The linens did not arrive until after we did and we had to make our own beds. There were duvets on each bed and it was hard to tell if they had been washed since the last visitors. Even though the checkout instructions only said we needed to throw away all the trash, we also strip the bedding from all of the beds and gathered up all of the towels and placed them in bags that we received them in. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and ease of check-in and check-out. I asked for some sort of compensation for the cleaning we had to do but never received anything. I'm not sure if we will return. We shall see.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The game room was an especially nice touch it kept everyone entertained and made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!
