• This villa is on the 2nd-floor. There is an elevator in the building; however, it’s operated by the building management and may be unavailable at times for maintenance. Stairs are required if the elevator is out of service.
• The twin bunk bed is in an open alcove and is not a separate bedroom.
• The communal pool is available to guests; managed by the HOA; hours and availability may vary.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
