Bedroom #3 includes twin-over-full bunk beds.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home is located within beautiful Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk lined with restaurants, shops, hotels, and amusements. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in a quick 10-minute drive. In addition to the beach and boardwalk, the city offers a variety of other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and had everything we could possibly need! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening after a day on the beach! We used the pool a few times and it was also very nice!

On a eu quelques petits problèmes mineurs pendant notre séjour, mais la communication semblait non personnalisée et vague dans l'ensemble. Ceci a été un petit irritant. Semble etre gerer par corporation. Mais sinon le reste etait excellent.

Great location if you like some privacy. It's away from the hectic downtown and promenade. You would need a car to drive around. That was up to our expectation and we could not be happier with the set up. The apartment is very fresh and fairly large. We had a smoke detector dying during the first night and I had to go buy a new battery at 4 am and replace it. Host did not care much to reimburse for that, but oh well. That was our biggest problem overall. I can live with that. One of the bathrooms did not drain water in the shower, host sent a tech the next day and it was resolved. Apartment has had all the needed cutlery, frying pans, pots, plates, etc. All of good quality. Territory has an open air swimming pool and a tiny gym. Parking in front of the house is small but behind the house there's a large lot and it's like 1 minute walk. There's an elevator in the building. Overall it is recommended.
