• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues that should have been included in the description. Pros: This is a great location!!! And very private. Cons: Only one set of blinds in the master bathroom which was a concern. Very few if any blinds anywhere in the house. Yes 2 great patios. BUT no furniture to enjoy them. Zero. Not even a chair. Advertised grill was inaccessible and stuck behind piles of leaves and old patio outdoor furniture. Could not use it. No plates in the kitchen. Anywhere. It was strange. We brought home pizza one night and had nothing but one small 6” plate to use. 1 small couch and 2 living room chairs isn’t really room to sit for a small group of people. Very nice place and loved the privacy and location. But not really what was described and needed more basic amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in Austin. The place was as pictured but it was a little bare bones. No outside furniture and bare minimum in the kitchen. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect location to get to everything but also feel like a quiet neighborhood.

The location was fabulous! The home is beautiful, well laid out and felt spacious and located in a great neighborhood. The back deck was a great place to sit, beautiful surroundings but had no outdoor furniture. The home felt a little more like a hotel not a vacation home. No personal touches that I love when using VRBO. This home is owned by a corporation, not well stocked and none of the comforts of a home. Although the kitchen was well equipped there were very limited utensils/pots/pans/cooking supplies/dishes. Communication with the host was horrible. i quickly realized, when our wifi went out and I was trying to get resolution, I was dealing with AI and scripted responses. 2 days, no help or answers from host, I had to contact VRBO. Wifi never got resolved, entire neighborhood had no internet during our entire stay. If host would have communicated this, I would have checked into a hotel earlier The main purpose of our travel was for business. No wifi made work challenging and there was no tv/movie watching to unwind or relax. Too much of this trip was spent trying to get help with our internet or setting up hotspots for work.

Overall, the apartment met our needs but issues went unaddressed and there are some inconveniences. Pros - Location: just a few blocks from S Congress and lots of restaurants - One parking spot off street but extremely narrow driveway which was a bit tough to maneuver esp after the 1st floor apt parked there too Cons - No bath mats or extra towels. This made the tile floor very slick - No trash can in the second bathroom - Poor WiFi - No blinds on the windows in the bathroom which was a very concerning lack of privacy - No towels or hot pads in the kitchen and only one pot and one pan so cooking was very challenging The first three issues were reported to them right away asking for resolution. They responded but nothing was ever done even after I followed up multiple times during our 4 day stay. The apt was as advertised inside but the location is the only reason I’m giving a 3 instead of two star considering the lack of customer service.

The home was really neat to stay in. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We loved how it felt private and tucked away yet we were a 5 minute walk from fantastic shopping and food. Hosts responded quickly. Would book again!
