• WiFi and cell service: Due to Sea Ranch’s rural, coastal setting, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Washer/dryer: Available in the home.
• Kitchen basics: Basic cookware is provided (pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils).
• Community amenities: Sea Ranch has multiple recreation centers with communal pools and tennis courts. Locations and availability vary by center.
• Not pet-friendly: This home does not allow guest pets. The owners occasionally bring their cat during personal stays; a deep clean is completed after, but guests with severe cat allergies may still be sensitive.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
