Important Things to Note
• Self check-in: Simple self check-in. Arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.
• Duplex setup: You’ll have both Unit A (downstairs) and Unit B (upstairs). The interior door between units can be locked from either side for privacy or left open for group use.
• Stairs/Elevator: Unit B is upstairs and stairs are required. There is an elevator in the home, but it is not for guest use.
• Parking: Two dedicated private spots (one per unit) at the back. The driveway is long; additional cars may park tandem only. Paid street parking may also be available.
• Kitchen basics: Pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils are provided.
• BBQ: Charcoal grill available for guest use.
• Laundry: Two sets of in-home washers and dryers (one in each unit).
• Neighborhood etiquette: Please be mindful of noise for nearby homes, especially after 10 PM.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet inside and out. Additional cleaning/damage fees may apply if needed.

We were the first guests in this new listing for Thanksgiving, and while the home has great potential and the hosts were proactive, it still needs polish. Check-in was delayed because interior doors had been locked. We arrived to ashes spilling from the fireplace, hairballs in the shower, and some backyard clutter. The elevator and an unfinished rooftop unit weren’t mentioned, and the tile floors were very slippery without bathmats. Internet was initially poor (under 1Mbps and no coverage in the upstairs primary), but the hosts worked with Spectrum to repair the line, which restored normal speeds near the router. The biggest issue was the kitchens: the listing promised two full modern ones, but basics were missing—cutlery, plates, glassware, pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc.—and items were split between units. The hosts did run to Target to restock essentials quickly. With better stocking and finishing touches, this place could be wonderful.
