This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a sitting chair, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a built-in desk.

Bedroom #3 is Mickey Mouse themed twin-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and a built-in desk.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #5 is Alice in Wonderland themed and includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink as well as 3 additional full guest bathrooms; two with single vanities and walk-in showers, and one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• There are 3 oversized or 4 standard vehicle spaces available in the driveway.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost, this does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway path,
o (2) located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and street,
o (3) located at the right rear of the house and actively monitoring the pool equipment area.
• This home can be rented dually with the neighboring unit, Veranda Sunshine Escape, for larger parties.
• Miscellaneous Fee(s):
o Optional pool heat for $39 a night, full stay min. Recommended during winter months.
o Optional onsite BBQ rental for $95.
o Both require 48 hours heads up to be given, contact the Customer Care Team to reserve.
• Portable crib, high chair, and stair gates provided.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs. No marijuana.
No glass in pool area.
Pets are allowed, but must be registered. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs if not reported or damages occur.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental
agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
