Share meals at the dining table for six or grab a spot at the island with seating for five. Upstairs, a bright game area with a stone-top table is great for board games or planning your Music City outings.
When it’s time to turn in, four well-appointed bedrooms await, including a serene primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a spa-like en-suite, and a private second-story porch with seating. A private washer and dryer on the second floor adds everyday convenience. WiFi is provided, and longer stays are welcome.

• Parking: One designated spot is available in front of the house. Additional parking is on the street and is first come, first served. No other onsite parking is available.
• Stairs: This is a two-story home. Stairs are required to access most bedrooms and the laundry.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
