Share meals at the custom teak dining table for 8, with 4 more seats at the breakfast bar.

• Bathroom 1 – First floor, ensuite to Bedroom 1: Walk-in shower, heated floors, double vanity
• Bathroom 2 – First floor, hall bath: Serves the bunk room; full bath
• Bathroom 3 – Second floor, ensuite to Bedroom 3: Soaking tub plus shower, heated floors, double vanity
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles. Park in assigned spot #24 (covered garage) and one additional vehicle in any marked “Guest” space (first-come, first-served). Two parking hangtags are provided inside the condo—please display during your stay and return them before checkout.
• Stairs: This is a third-floor unit (two levels above the garage) and there is no elevator; stairs are required.
• Wi-Fi/cell service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: No pets per HOA rules.
• Communal amenities: Hot tub and outdoor pool are available; a grill is available in the community pool area in summer.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
