Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin designed for time together and easy access to the outdoors. Sleeping up to 8 guests across three levels, the home features smart TVs, a fun game room, and multiple decks to enjoy the mountain air.
The living areas are made for relaxing—sip coffee on the deck in the morning, stream a movie at night, or head downstairs to the spacious game room for pool, darts, or a round on the mini-golf area. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, and utensils so you can prepare meals at home, and there’s outdoor dining plus a gas grill for easy cookouts. After a day exploring the Park, unwind under the stars in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit for stories and s’mores. A washer and dryer add convenience during longer stays.

Important Things to Note
• Wi-Fi: Provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level cabin; stairs are required to access bedrooms and common spaces.
• Parking: Paved driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. No additional parking beyond the driveway is guaranteed.
• Winter travel: AWD or 4x4 may be required during winter months.
• Outdoor amenities: Multi-level decks with ceiling fans, outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, and private hot tub.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Game room: Putt-putt clubs are provided for guest use. Please handle with care and return all clubs after your stay; charges may apply for missing or damaged items.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Bringing a pet, or evidence of one, will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

2. No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
3. Vacation rental use only.
4. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
5. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
6. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
7. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
8. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
9. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
10. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
11. Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
12. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
13. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
14. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
15. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
16. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
17. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
18. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
19. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
