Loved our stay! We were able to fish and do all the things we wanted with ease. It is a little hard to find the entrance to the road that the house is on so just keep your eyes peeled! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay out of the way of town. River access is great. Fishing is great. The kayaks were very fun to kayak up the river. It sits on about 2 acres so there is plenty of room to have some fun.

The house was cozy and certainly well off the beaten path. It felt private and secluded. It was too cold to enjoy the river, but it would have been a great place to stay in the summer to relax in a tube and tie off to the bank. It was very much off the main highway down a dirt road. It had rained the entire day before we checked in so I AWD/4WD is recommended. The key code provided for check in was incorrect so we had to call the help line and they provided use with a different code to try which worked. I was grateful for a quick resolution to this as it was 8pm and I was exhausted. I would recommend bringing your own drinking water. We turned on the kitchen sink to wash our hands after unloading and the water was brown for a few seconds. We had to take a trip back out to a gas station to grab a few gallons for the weekend. It would have been nice if we were notified of this prior to checking in. Overall the house was fine and served its purpose.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place has charming vintage vibes that made it feel warm and nostalgic. One of our favorite parts was seeing so many deer roaming around the area. It was so peaceful. We also loved being able to go canoeing on the water. Overall, a relaxing and memorable getaway!
