This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area with a queen size bed.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another attached to the bonus sleeping area with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

I messaged host regarding, the excess amount of flies, the overflow of trash from previous renters, the dirty refrigerator, and water flow in the hall bathroom. The trash was over filled and we still had a weeks of trash to put out when we're are to check out. They're response was that we could put our trash on the side of the trash can on trash day. Messaged about the flies everywhere, all they did was apologize, not send someone to put fly traps out. I reported the stuck on ick in the refrigerator, they responded said it was stain, when I was able to actually deep clean and get the ick out at least 90%. The ice tray on the front of the fridge was disgusting. The thing is, the cleaner was there when we arrived. Yet these details were missed. The bathroom tub only had full pressure if we turned on the bathroom sink. They claimed it on pressure from pipes. The gras was overgrown in the backyard. We had a per, they didn't have it mowed. So how would we see where our pet relieved.

Our stay was wonderful!There were 5 of us traveling to Georgia for a baseball tournament and this clean house was perfect! We all had our own space to relax or hang out together. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our 8 day stay. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great house, clean updated and the bonus kitchen in the basement was great too! The neighborhood was very nice and safe. We were there for a baseball tournament, very easy to get to the East Cobb fields. Would stay here again for sure.

We had to bring our dog along and it was so helpful to have a fenced backyard. Pool table downstairs was great for late night entertainment!

Amazing property with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book this property again. Highly recommend!

**5/5 Stars – Perfect Stay for Perfect Game!**We stayed here while in town for the Perfect Game tournament, and it couldn't have been more ideal. The central location made getting to and from the ballfields incredibly easy, yet the neighborhood itself was wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and pleasant to relax in between games.Our host was excellent, super responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Highly recommend this spot to any baseball family or visitors to the area!

I booked this home because for the amenities two kitchens, washer and dryer, two grills, fenced in backyard for my fur baby, pool table, large family room! BUT there were terrible plumbing issues that didn’t get resolved. I could not take a shower and wash clothes at the same time without the septic overflowing In the basement. I reached out with videos and no one responded. Anytime I ran water for more then 5 mins the water pipes would shake and water would back up from the basement toilet, upstairs kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom toilets. And it smelled like sewage although the home.

Nice place to stay. We couldn’t find the tv remote for one of the bedrooms. Would be helpful to have a railing for the front steps for those who need it.

Really enjoy our stay here. Plenty of space and multiple rooms. The sectional was extremely comfortable and enjoyed multiple nights relax in the living room. Also enjoyed the gas grill and pellet smoker on the back deck. Definitely will stay here again.

This home is truly convenient to tons of restaurants.....easy to access 575 and just minutes from I-75.....the home is spacious, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Kenny Black
