🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Garage parking for up to 2 standard vehicles or 1 large vehicle. Vehicles must be parked inside the garage. Additional parking is available along Lake Mary Road via the nearby footpath. No parking is permitted on Tyroll Lane. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months.
• Stairs: This is a three-level townhome with stairs required to access all sleeping areas.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• HVAC: This home does NOT have AC.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.

Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
