We had a very pleasant stay in this charming little apartment above a garage. Check in and out was easy. The entire unit itself was clean, comfortable, private and quiet. Bed is very comfortable, but a bit creaky. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials one would need. Although there are only small windows too high to see out of, except one longer one in the bedroom, the apartment is still bright and cheery with good lighting. Washer and Dryer cleverly placed in space in the bathroom. Location is good - about a three-block or 10-15 minute walk to main 12S street with lots of restaurants & shops. The only suggestions would be to have a box or two of tissues available, replace the window shades with more substantial treatments (they’re pleated, very “papery” and have to be held in place with clips). All-in-all, a very nice experience.

The neighborhood was beautiful and the walkable access to everything was perfect. I would stay again. Parking on the street sounds off-putting, but it was not bad. Everything was clean, and I love when hosts provide black makeup cloths. I had no issues with communication or booking. I highly recommend The Henry and The White Bison. I felt safe walking everywhere, even at night.

Great location, well stocked and redone little back unit. This is above a garage - so expect there is some noise occasionally but never bothered me! I felt very at home

Very clean and fresh. Great kitchen, lots of lighting, stays cool, bathroom is clean, the host was very responsive. Agree with other comments that the window coverings are cheap, but that’s the only small thing.

We enjoyed staying at Delaney's Modern 12 South Loft. It was easy to access, well appointed, comfortable, clean and private. On street parking was no issue at all and there was good proximity to good restaurants, the downtown and local shopping. Would definitely book again if available.

Overall, I felt that the unit lacked effort. There are many pros however - great appliances, bathroom very nice, it’s walkable to 12 South and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The cons - again, it felt lazy. There was only one washcloth given (microfiber towel), the bed missed a fitted sheet, and the blinds were paper which you had to tediously fold up just to let sunshine in for the bedroom. After spending a fair amount of money renting the unit, I felt that we didn’t get the value.

The apartment was beautiful as pictured and the team was responsive HOWEVER it needs an intensive deep cleaning. The sheets were stained, there was hair all over the bed & shower, dust on the countertops, grime in the bathtub & on the floors. It was so bad that I had to wash all the sheets and deep cleaning the bathroom when I arrived at 2am instead of resting. The cherry on the top was that the toilet lever was broken so our human waste couldn’t flush. I understand that unpredictable things happen but expecting us to wait 12-14hours for a plumber is wild when we are spending $200 a night. We were even willing to compromise, asking for a bucket to be able to fill up to flush out the toilet but our request was ignored. Had to go use a public bathroom which is very inconvenient to say the least. The apartment itself was lovely but the cleanliness of the space was one of the worst experiences Ive had in the 9+ years ive been using Airbnb. A professional cleaner is needed ASAP!!

Such a wonderful stay. The house feels brand new, smells great and is in one of the most serene and gorgeous neighborhoods I’ve ever witnessed. The morning and afternoon walks weee incredible. The main area for improvement is airflow. The living room windows do not open and there is only 1 window opening in the bedroom. To get airflow, I had to open the bedroom window and go downstairs to open the door, which was not ideal. The apartment had expensive appliances like brand new LG washer and dryer. The bed is a nice Saatva brand. But what was strange was the bedroom blinds are made of paper which have to be manually rolled up and clipped into place each time. It takes a couple of minutes to raise them and let sunlight in. A more convenient blind system and an extra window that opens in the living room would be a nice improvement. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for more. Brand new, clean, incredible neighborhood and scenery. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The unit is clean and comfortable. The hosts clearly thought about the little details to make a guests stay enjoyable. It is in a very quiet (other than some neighborhood pups occasionally barking) beautiful spot that felt safe to explore. It is a quick walk to 12 South Street with all its restaurants and shops as well as grocery stores and a beautiful park.The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We have stayed at a number of different Airbnb's in Nashville due to frequent travel for my daughters work, and this is one we would definitely stay in again!

Great location! 10 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to lots of restaurants and shops along 12 South. The loft was great, brand new with new appliances. Washer and dryer is added bonus. Host was very responsive.
