Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size murphy bed, a desk and a smart TV.
This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home offers parking for 2 vehicles. One vehicle can park in the designated 1E parking spot located in front of the unit, just steps from the front door. The second vehicle may park in any available unmarked parking space.
• Several other condos located in the same complex are available.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) mounted under the stairs from the parking level and actively monitoring the front door, and (2) mounted on the side of the house and actively monitoring the door to the screened deck.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:
o Only dogs under 30 pounds are permitted. Pets over this weight limit are not allowed to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. under the control of their owners at all times, and not left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Disturbances such as excessive barking or aggressive behavior are not permitted.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding outdoor areas.
o Any pet-related damage will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be leashed when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, and termination of the rental agreement without refund (in severe cases)
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to follow these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails. There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.

- No parties — please respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these times.
- Children under 12 are strongly recommended to wear a flotation device while swimming in local community pools.
- All guests must adhere to local state laws requiring that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult near or in lake water. Additionally, children under 12 wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) when near or in the lake.
