Step inside and feel the comfort of a home designed for relaxation. The living room invites you to unwind with two cozy couches and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake. The open and airy kitchen features stainless steel appliances, light countertops, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker—ideal for fueling your morning adventures. Gather around the spacious dining table for eight to share meals and stories before heading to the sunroom, where a second table, a plush couch, and an armchair offer panoramic lake views. Step out to the private covered balcony, complete with a table for four and comfortable seating, and soak in breathtaking views of the outdoors and shimmering water—a peaceful setting that truly captures the magic of Table Rock Lake.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, sunroom access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin-size daybed, a twin-size trundle, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This unit is a top-floor, walk-up unit with 52 stair steps to reach the main entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer available in-unit.
• Fireplace: Yes – electric fireplace (provides heat, no real flame)
• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
• The swimming pool on site is NOT accessible to guests. It is for owner use only.
• Dock is NOT accessible to guests. It is for owner use only.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, RV, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
