• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked. A $100 replacement fee will apply for any parking pass not returned to the unit.
• Accessibility: This condo is located on the first floor for easy access.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Chamonix HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, recreation room, and outdoor fire pit.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration TOML-CPAN-15537.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Check-In/Check-Out
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time. 
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.

Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.

Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

Pets
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
