This Branson retreat is your serene home base for golf outings, lake adventures, and the entertainment capital’s endless attractions.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a cable TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is a main-level unit with 6 steps required to reach the main door.
• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

We recently stayed with Grand Welcome in Brighton, Missouri. Our first rental had multiple issues: the air conditioning would shut off about 5–10 minutes after being turned on, and the shower wouldn’t drain properly. Even when running the shower, a large amount of water still came out of the bath faucet, resulting in very weak water pressure. We’re thankful that Grand Welcome was able to accommodate us at a different location. However, the second rental also had challenges. There were children running loudly upstairs from around 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., and again in the evening. The downstairs occupants had two dogs that barked constantly from the back patio throughout the day. Since this was the only alternative available, we didn’t contact Grand Welcome about the noise and simply dealt with it. While we appreciate the company’s responsiveness in helping us move from the first unit, both rentals had issues that impacted our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the bluffs. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and the boys thoroughly enjoyed the golf course. We would definitely stay again.
