We love the home. Plenty of space for our family. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Very peaceful neighborhood. Host was very friendly and responded very fast.

My 4th time using an Air BNB and in the Disney Universal Area. House was as advertised. Kids loved the Beauty & the Beast and Star Wars rooms. Pool was clean and nice. House is very close to gate which reads your license plate so easy to get home after a long day at the park. Door was easy to open. Walking distance to once of the Clubhouses. Pool was nice, slides were nice. Kitchen was nice. Wi-fi was fast with no break downs. Would recommend.

10/10!! Host was responsive. Response time was remarkable. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. No check in issues whatsoever. The kids loved the community waterpark. Definitely an awesome perk. Host made sure the guest list was updated so we were able to take advantage of the community amenities as well. Thank you Jay and family, it was truly an awesome stay. We appreciate your hospitality.

I loved that this house was in a gated community. The host was responsive. The only complaint is that when we were getting ready for bed we noticed the sheets were dirty. They had no back up sheets so we had to wash them and wait to go to sleep.

The host were phenomenal! The response time was fantastic. The home was as described, extremely clean and comfortable. The home is very spacious and peaceful. The kitchen area was open and set up to cook whatever and there’s a dining area to sit at and dine together comfortably. Air Conditioning was great, water was hot and area has a real residential feel almost like I was at home and not renting an air bnb. The hosts and home were top notch and this will always be my first option when coming to Orlando!

Drs Jay & Christina are great host& responsive The home is accurately described. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing as per photos. If you like soft & comfy beds you will love it but my mother kept the down stairs bedroom as it was the only bedroom with a firm mattress. The pool area has great art work and was clean. (We did not request heating & it was fine) I would recommend a lay out chair bc there were not any for lounge. Also there are no floaties/tubes, so keep that in mind as there is a nice lazy river you will need them for. This home is in a perfect location! I didn’t see anyone mention how close the clubhouse was. It is less than a 5 minute walk which is awesome! There is also a larger club house about 5-7min drive which is very nice with a much larger slide my 8 year old loved. My two daughters enjoyed it so much they did not want to leave! I would recommend this home to large families as there is ample space.

"We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home! It was perfect for our family, especially the pool which was just right for our little ones. The game room was a massive hit with the best gaming chairs! Our little princess was absolutely delighted with the Beauty and the Beast themed room. The home was very well-equipped—if you can't find an item (like the high chair), check the bedroom closets; it's just creative storage! One thing to note is that the baby gate isn't perfectly secure for toddlers climbing the steps, but using the provided counter stools worked as a great backup deterrent. Highly recommend for families!"

This is a wonderful property—very clean and exactly as pictured. The community is well-maintained, with gated security and a fantastic location. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The instructions were clear and easy to follow from check-in through check-out. The only minor issue we experienced was upon arrival, when the security gate did not have our reservation on file. However, we contacted the host and the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great experience!

The house is as described. We enjoyed the private pool and the clubhouse included with the reservation. Check-in was quick and easy. No special excessive instructions for the rental as i've seen in other rentals (towels, beddings having to be put in certain places before leaving, cleaning the kitchen, etc). Host was responsive when we had questions. We would love to rent this house again in the future. My grand-daughter loved the private pool and was in there everyday. We had a great time!

“The home was clean, accurately described, and provided generous space for multiple families. Its close access to I‑4 made it perfect for visiting Disney and Universal. Drs. Jay and Christina were consistently responsive and helpful. The only challenges we experienced were with the management company, who did not resolve a reported issue and provided incomplete gate‑entry details that delayed our arrival. The surrounding community was attractive, well maintained, and secure.”

I loved everything. The house was spotless, just like in the photos. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no designated parking for the house; I arrived late at night and couldn’t find parking in front of the house, so I had to go to the next block to find one.
