Guests should be aware that an upcoming construction project will be taking place at the property during their stay.

The building will be undergoing a metal roof replacement, which is expected to last approximately 6–7 weeks. Construction is currently scheduled from September 10 through November, and during this time Ariel Dunes 1 will be an active construction site.

During this period, guests may experience daytime construction noise, the presence of construction crews and equipment on-site, increased delivery vehicle activity, temporary access restrictions in certain areas of the property, and occasional dust or debris around the exterior.

We are sharing this information in advance so guests are fully informed prior to booking and arrival. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while these important improvements are completed.

This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin size bunk top in the hallway.

Off the living room, a sliding glass door leads to your private Gulf‑facing balcony—an inviting outdoor retreat featuring two cozy wicker chairs with plush cushions and matching ottomans. This peaceful space is perfect for sipping coffee, unwinding with a book, or simply taking in the coastal breeze and sparkling shoreline views.

Bedroom:
Relax in a welcoming king‑size bedroom featuring a smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and room‑darkening shades for restful sleep. The artwork, pillows, and mirror all accent each other beautifully, bringing cohesive blue and gold tones throughout the space. Just off the room, a convenient half bathroom connects Jack‑and‑Jill style to the full bathroom, which includes a single vanity and a walk‑in shower for easy, modern comfort. Please note: the unit does not have a bathtub, but a baby bathtub is provided for your convenience.

Built‑In Bunk Convenience:
A unique feature of this condo is the built‑in top bunk located in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. This cozy twin bed is perfect for kids and provides a comfortable, convenient sleeping option. Beneath the bunk, you’ll find plenty of built‑in storage, making smart use of space while adding extra functionality for families.

Kitchen & Dining:
Enjoy a sleek, modern kitchen featuring crisp all‑white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers—perfect for matching your morning brew to your mood. This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine with ease, and the contemporary bar top seats four comfortably. Open the nearby balcony door to let in the refreshing Gulf breeze while you prepare meals or unwind after a day at the beach.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Parking passes are required and must be purchased separately through a link that will be provided after booking. $11 each for a maximum of 2 parking passes.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
• This home is also equipped with one (1) external security camera located outside of the entrance and actively monitoring the exterior entry.

A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.

In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
