Under the shaded patio, a café dining set seats 2, the perfect spot for enjoying your fresh cup of morning coffee. There is also a patio table that seats 4.

The home’s professionally decorated, mid-century modern interior comes fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. Common areas feature sophisticated gold, metallic accents with contrasting black metal, surrounding you in style with the added comfort of the contemporary furnishings. At the end of long days, sink into plush living room sofa seating while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the mounted TV. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, showcasing brand-new stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware you’ll need to whip up delicious culinary creations. Snag a high-top stool at the granite countertop or a seat at the table for 4 for all your dining needs, casual or formal or a more formal meal at the dining table that seats up to 6.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds with 2 twin trundles.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin trundle and smart tv.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, mounted on the entryway and actively monitoring the parking area and home’s front entrance.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Grill rental available for an additional $150, with 48-hours advanced notice.
• Pool can be heated for $29 per day, recommended in the winter months.


Outside of the Paradise Palms Resort, there are several additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 4 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 6 miles away offering a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop. Finally, the major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (11 miles), Epcot (9 miles), Hollywood Studios (8 miles), Animal Kingdom (7 miles), Universal Studios (19 miles) and Sea World (14 miles).
