• Background check required.
• Garage parking for 1 vehicle available. Free valet parking.
• Guests will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. PS FOB for each adult and child 15+
