• Stairs: This is a two-story home and all bedrooms are on the second floor (stairs required).
• Pet policy: This community does not allow pets. Evidence of pets may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Property was very nice. Location was great. Pool was great. The only complaint was the water pressure. Water pressure was not good at all. Hopefully that is something that can be fixed in the very near future.

Unit was very clean and adequate. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Balcony overlooks pretty courtyard with very nice pool and outdoor shower. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs as unit is second floor. Location is excellent with beach proximity and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall a nice choice for vacation!

Can’t beat the location and at a great price. We were able to walk to everything with our 1.5 year old in tow (everything less than 10 minutes). Space was functional and clean for down time between the beach and activities.

I recently stayed for four nights with two pre-teens, and this was the perfect property. The condo was spacious and spotless and was a short walk from the beach and the Coligny Plaza area. It was also really quiet, and I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony each morning. We didn't use the pool, but saw a lot of people doing so, and it appeared well-maintained. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. The basic starter supplies that were provided were enough for our four-day stay, but it would have been nice to have a simple salt and pepper shaker. Other than that, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc., and it's a short walk or drive to the grocery.I'd definitely stay here again!

This Cozy Coastal Retreat was just that, cozy and yet roomy with the bedrooms being on the second floor. The surroundings were very peaceful. We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable & convenient for our needs; an easy 5 min walk to the beach and a designated parking spot a plus. And the price point was just right! If you have young children, it is right behind Coligny Park....what a perk! I will mention, the description does note that it is a two-story unit, but it does not mention that it is a few flights of stairs (no elevator) to reach the unit. We would definitely use this location again in the future.

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head! This rental is in a great location and perfect for us and our teen. Plenty of space and privacy. Both bathrooms were equiped with fans and good lighting. Lots of closet space and hangers, if you need to hang anything. Kitchen has a great coffee set up! This rental is nearby beautiful walking/biking paths, Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza, etc. We felt comfortable walking to and from the beach and allowing our teen to have the freedom to venture out as well. Ample shopping, ice cream, coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away (literally maybe 1 block to the beach parking lot). We had a few chilly days and were able to enjoy the games in the tv console as well as watch March Madness with our own streaming services. We loved our stay!
