2BR w Hot Tub & Sauna, Walk to Village & Gondola!

Communication was excellent and location to the Village was perfect. We really enjoyed our visit to Mammoth.

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot. It really feels like you’re tucked away in the woods, while still being just a short ~7 minute walk to the Village gondola and everything nearby. The home is even better than the photos, with cozy, elevated cabin vibes. We loved slow mornings on the balcony with coffee, just taking in the nature. And the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Had a great time. Hard to find the spa and sauna. There two separate companies. One upfront and one in the back. Front door code was not the correct code number that was given to us. Had to call and a different code that actually worked was given to us. The code for the spa and sauna was different too and we had to message the host for entry after asking on site management why we couldn’t get in. A little frustrating. Place was clean and set up very thoughtfully for guest. I’d go back.

Just like the earlier guest from their Feb '26 check in, ours was unnecessarily stressful. It appears Grand Welcome has not changed their systems and processes to make it easier for future guests to check in here.I responded to all of their emails prior to arriving in Mammoth and initialed the electronic documents that I thought I needed to before I would receive the address, directions and code for the door all in the next and final email. The day before we arrived. I still didn't have the check-in information. When we did arrive at the condo after four o'clock, the code for the electronic lock on the door was incorrect and there was no key in the lockbox. Turns out we didn't need the key in the lock box to get in the door and we were not informed of such.I finally called that suspicious number (615 area code) to whom I didn't want to send a picture of my credit card and license. Turns out it was an employee of grand welcome. After all that she gave us to crack code for the door and we were in. It's a lovely cozy condo. The kitchen is workable, but small. There was water in the bottom of the refrigerator. Bath towels are small. No feedback on the hot tub because we didn't make it there. The heated toilet seats were a nice surprise. Nice and close to shops, the free town bus, gondola, and shops.

The stay was welll located for skiing and was a very nice space. The interior was clean, exactly like the pictures, and had more room that initially anticipated. The host did notify me the unit was ready early and allow for an early check in which was a nice bonus. We experienced some issues with the electronic keypad to enter the unit, I had to call the management company to gain access. The wifi was also not connected to the Internet for the majority of our stay. This did not bother us too much since we were skiing most of the day. The host/management company takes 10-20 minutes to respond to messaging, making calling the most effective form of contact. Despite these minor annoyances, I would stay here again!

Spent 4 nights here with my family. Great condo for families or a large group of adults. Ample space to stretch out & relax, beds are VERY comfortable, bathrooms have basic toiletries covered and heated toilet seats - an amenity I didn’t even know I needed until now. Kitchen is well appointed and they use the space available well. Appliances are basically brand new and work perfectly. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep busy, in addition to 3 TVs. The decor shows a lot of love for time spent in Mammoth; it’s very sweet. Located walking distance from the Village, even when snowing, and it’s also a short walk to the bus. We didn’t try out the hot tub or laundry facilities, but they’re located within the complex. The property management company was easy to keep in touch with and the expectations for check-in and check-out were clear. We would absolutely stay here again.

This appears to be a new listing for a prior owner/management. I think the change in management will ultimately become more smooth but there were a few rocky things for now. I got the sense we were one of the first people to stay here. \n\nThe good: it’s a very efficiently used space. Cozy but didn’t feel cramped. Nice kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are great. Beds super comfy. Good temperature (some Mammoth Abnb are overly hot in winter). Good parking. The mgt company was friendly and communicated very well. \n\nA few issues: the place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. They dealt with it swiftly and fairly. The lock is a lockbox with a single key. There’s no way to do a code or to deadbolt from the inside and that made me nervous. The WiFi was bad (again not uncommon in Mammoth). They could use a couple more large pots (conversely there are about ten fry pans!) :)\n\nOverall for the time of year it was a good value and I thought the mgr co very responsive
