🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed on your rearview mirror while parked. Lost or unreturned parking passes are subject to a replacement fee.
• Stairs: This is a two-story condo located on the second floor. Multiple flights of stairs are required to access the home and the living areas.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Mammoth Estates HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, dry sauna, recreation room, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Recreation room hours are generally 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, hot tub hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and sauna hours 5:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee. Please add pets to your reservation before arrival when possible. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left unattended, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOML-CPAN-13906.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

House Rules

• Must be 18+ to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
10 PM – 9 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits:
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
• Lost & Found:
$25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal:
Violation of rules may result in eviction without a refund.
