🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, both of which must fit inside the attached private garage. No additional parking is available within the complex. Limited street parking may be available seasonally from approximately April through November.
• Garage Dimensions: Bay 1: 18 ft deep × 7 ft 4 in wide × 7 ft 2 in high. Bay 2: 16 ft 6 in deep × 7 ft 4 in wide × 7 ft 2 in high. Please ensure your vehicles fit and that the garage doors can fully close.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse with stairs throughout the home.
• Hot Tub: Please follow all posted hot tub rules and safety guidelines during your stay.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOML-CPAN-15512.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
