This comfortable, family-friendly cabin offers room for up to 12 guests across multiple levels with 2 bathrooms and flexible sleeping options. The open-concept main level features a living room with a smart TV and an electric fireplace, plus a queen sleeper sofa for extra space.

The fully equipped kitchen has black appliances, a breakfast bar for 3, and a dining table for 5—great for casual meals or game night. Step outside to the upper deck to soak in the hot tub, take in the mountain scenery, and gather around the picnic table.

Head to the basement game room for foosball, a Pac-Man arcade game, checkers, and another smart TV. It’s a great hangout zone with additional sleeping options. Upstairs, a loft bedroom provides a bit more privacy with its own ensuite bath. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer on the second floor makes longer stays easy.

•Loft (2nd floor): Queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower. Sleeps 2.
•Living Room (1st floor): Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 2.
• Game Room (Basement): Twin-over-twin bunk bed and two queen sleeper sofas. Sleeps up to 6.
Bathrooms
• Bathroom 1 (1st floor): Ensuite to Bedroom 1 and also accessible from the living room; walk-in shower, single vanity.
• Bathroom 2 (2nd floor): Loft ensuite; walk-in shower, single vanity.

Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the private, paved driveway.
• This is a three-story home—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the loft and game room.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs under 30 lbs. may be brought to this home. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option please include your pets in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• This home is equipped with one external security camera, for guest safety, located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance and driveway.
• Due to Smoky Mountains remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
For all pet-friendly properties, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.

• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:

No refunds for mechanical failures.
