- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine plus mitigation costs (up to $1,500 total) will be charged if smoke is detected indoors. This policy is strictly enforced via in-unit monitoring, and violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.
- Rocks around the pool are not to be thrown, placed, or tracked into the pool.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed. A $500 fine plus additional cleaning costs will be charged if this policy is violated.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants or vehicles.
- Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as designated by the City of Oakland Park.
