This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom 3, with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size sleeper sofa and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom.

- Street parking for up to 2 vehicles available.
- Please note that this unit is a sister unit to Monarch Cove B & C. Each of these units are private, however, guests may see guests from the other units coming and going during their stay.
- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
(1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway to the door.
(2) located at the left side of the shared walkway and actively monitoring this walkway,
(3) located at the right side of the shared walkway and actively monitoring this walkway.
