On the lower level, a patio offers a grill, table for al fresco dining, and even an outdoor bathroom with shower—perfect for rinsing off after boating or beach time. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide a max of 6 pool/beach towels so if your party is more, please remember to pack extras.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.
This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, one is an outdoor bathroom.
THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available.
· This home has a lift for wheelchair accessibility, and the key has to be provided with booking.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the downstairs patio/porch and actively monitoring the front of the porch, as well as the driveway and stair areas.
