• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. Passes may be purchased at the Welcome Center upon arrival at a rate of $7.00 per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
• This home is a main-floor, one level, walkup unit with 16 steps required to reach the main door.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog (no more than 25 lbs) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.

The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
