Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin size bed, a cable TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
o Please park only in designated spaces for this condo complex.
o No trailer parking is permitted at this location.
o Do not park in areas belonging to nearby complexes, posted tow-away zones, or block dumpsters, drive lanes, or fire lanes.
o Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
o Step-free access.
o Elevators: Between buildings 1 and 2 and buildings 4 and 5 with covered walkways that connect all buildings.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the area in front of the main entrance.
• Portable crib provided.

We recommend children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
