Important Things to Note
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. While it’s typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. If unavailable, stairs will be required.
• Parking: Stop at the front gate upon arrival to pick up your parking pass. Unassigned parking is available in the lot for up to 2 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Communal Amenities: Pools, hot tub, fitness center, and other resort amenities are shared and managed by the building/HOA. Availability and hours may vary and are subject to maintenance.
• Laundry: A laundromat is nearby.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please reach out before booking with any questions.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Check-In/Check-Out
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
Must be pre-approved.
If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
Use appliances as intended.
Parking
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
Safety & Security
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
