Downstairs, the basement living room elevates relaxation with a wet bar, recliners, a couch, and even a massage chair—your own private retreat.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Guests have access to one 14x32 boat slip, located at the community dock, included with your stay.
• A golf cart is available for $125 per day and must be rented for the full length of your stay. If interested, please reach out after booking to secure access.
• Portable crib provided.
• Driveway and garage parking for 3 vehicles available.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Only dogs under 50 lbs are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
• Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are secured in a crate or carrier.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Guests are responsible for complying with all local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
- Pet Notes: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
